Voice Colors offers an intensive training program for people who aspire to teach yoga to students on the autism spectrum.

Learn Our Unique
Teaching Method

Voice Colors Yoga is a visual communication system designed for the success and independence of students with autism. Learn to utilize visual schedules, visual yoga sequences and cues, hand and foot placement markers, and other environmental supports to guide yoga practice. Teacher trainings also focus on how to become a more effective communication partner with your students.

The Voice Colors
Visual Yoga System

Teacher trainings come with all the visual supports you need to establish a yoga program for individuals with autism. The materials include:

  • A manual outlining the entire Voice Colors Yoga system.

  • A comprehensive collection of yoga poses and sequences illustrated by professional photographs.

  • Visual aides with our unique color-coding system and hand/feet placement markers.

  • The Voice Colors Yoga app for easy, on-the-go use. Available exclusively through this training.

Get To Know
Our Students

Our students with autism are the heart of our program. They have informed and guided the philosophy and methodology behind Voice Colors Yoga, and in so many ways they are our best teachers. Get to know our students through videos, case studies and observing a livestream Voice Colors Yoga class.

Testimonials

"I was fortunate enough to observe Voice Colors Yoga recently as they worked with a small group of neurodiverse people. To say that I was “blown away” is an understatement. As I told them afterward, the people in the class – all of whom have significant challenges and need a lot of support – transformed before my eyes over the course of the hour-long adaptive yoga session. The experience for me was a game-changer in terms of the potential for this type of work to help many neurodiverse people achieve a higher level of focus, self-regulation, flexibility, strength and self-direction."
